Find the highlight part of the clip, split it at the beginnig and ending. Cut it into 3 clips. 2. Select the first clip, and tap Speed to adjust the clip to 3x. Do it the same to the third clip. 3. Select the highlight clip, and adjust its speed to 0.3x. The Slo-Mo Effect is ok! Next follows the Reverse Effect! 4. Copy the highlight clip, and adjust its speed to 2x. 5. Copy the 2x highlight clip.
